A client recently approached Montbards to fund the final instalment for the purchase of their 45m super yacht.
With the build almost complete, they needed to fund the final tranche of €8m before taking delivery in time for the holidays.
The client wished for the yacht to be entirely private use only and located outside of the EU. They also sought to fund it without an AUM aspect.
Speaking to suitable lenders we were able to secure terms for the client allowing for a 45% LTV, without an AUM requirement over 5 years. With the ability to complete the facility within the short timescales.
The client is due to take delivery of their yacht in December ready to enjoy a very memorable New Year party.
